We are recruiting: we are hiring a general labourer in Talbot County, Maryland. What we are looking for: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Day-to-day duties: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator Full-time, day shift.
