Moulder wanted in Elmore County

Now hiring: we are hiring a moulder in Elmore County, Alabama. The job is in the melting bay of a steel foundry. On the job you will handle: • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings Rotating shifts. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
