Confectioner wanted in Dumfries and Galloway

Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. The job is at a cake shop. You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
