We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Botetourt County, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches.
