Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
