Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Todd County, South Dakota. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
