Now hiring: we are hiring a counterbalance forklift operator in San Luis Obispo County, California. The role involves: • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers • Transport raw materials and finished goods between bays • Sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris Requirements: • Minimum 1-2 years' warehouse forklift experience • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Accurate, careful stock handling 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
