The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
