Now hiring: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Prince George County, Virginia. You should have: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor On a typical shift you will operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
