Cake decorator wanted in Cleveland County

You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
