Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Sandwell, England. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours The role involves: • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
