Immediate opening: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in City of Manassas, Virginia. On a typical shift you will work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid. Ideal candidate: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Rotating shifts. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
