Urgent requirement: kitchen porter (New Hampshire)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
