Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Richland County, Ohio. Day to day you will feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
