Aluminium tig welder wanted in Menard County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Menard County, Texas. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection You will select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
