Sausage maker wanted in Ohio County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Ohio County, Indiana. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
