We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Grant County, West Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
