Stainless steel welder • Laurens County, South Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Laurens County, South Carolina. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. You should have: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight The role involves set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
