We are recruiting: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a busy construction site. The role involves check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges.
