Now hiring: concrete shuttering carpenter (North Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Rockingham County, North Carolina. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Your main tasks: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs What we are looking for: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Overtime paid at a premium rate.
