We are recruiting: split AC fitter (Indiana)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Delaware County, Indiana. You will work at an air conditioning service centre. You should have: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits The role involves: • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks 5+ years on the tools preferred.
