We are recruiting: we are hiring a construction helper in Morehouse Parish, Louisiana. You will work on a commercial building project. The role involves: • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker You should have: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker 2+ years on the tools preferred.
