Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Renfrewshire, Scotland. You should have: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Day to day you will lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. £3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
