Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Kay County, Oklahoma. The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 3+ years on the tools preferred.
