Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Gentry County, Missouri. You will work on a structural steel site. You should have: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces You will read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise.
