Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Brookings County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Brookings County, South Dakota. The role involves: • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Six days a week, one day off.
