Urgent requirement: dishwashing attendant (Akwa Ibom State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Nsit Atai, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
