Fabricator-welder wanted in Saint Louis County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Saint Louis County, Minnesota. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. The role involves control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode. What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Own basic hand tools and PPE Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
