Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Wicomico County, Maryland. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. You will fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals. Ideal candidate: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Full-time, day shift.
