Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Ringgold County, Iowa. Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $140 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
