Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Polk County, Tennessee. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
