Urgent requirement: pastry baker (California)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Butte County, California. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer We offer $18 per hour plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
