GTAW welder — Lagos Mainland Local Government Area

Now hiring: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Lagos Mainland Local Government Area, Lagos State. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. You should have: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage You will TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
