Escalator technician — Ilorin South

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an escalator technician in Ilorin South, Kwara State. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. You will fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; run load and overload tests with test weights; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Rotating shifts.
