Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • A good head for heights and steady balance On the job you will handle: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights 3+ years on the tools preferred. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
