Now hiring: we are hiring a commercial tyre fitter in Columbia County, Arkansas. You will work at a busy tyre bay. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for mobile fitting roles • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets Day to day you will balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
