Join our team: we are hiring an excavator operator in LaGrange County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services 1+ years on the tools preferred.
