Now hiring: gas pipeline fitter (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Edmonson County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant Requirements: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Six days a week, one day off.
