We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Warren County, New Jersey. Your main tasks: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Part-time with flexible hours.
