Chef de partie — McIntosh County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in McIntosh County, North Dakota. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
