Dough maker wanted in City of Martinsville

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in City of Martinsville, Virginia. You will work in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
