Rebar worker • City of Edinburgh, Scotland

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar worker in City of Edinburgh, Scotland. You will be based at a rebar fabrication workshop. Day to day you will fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat. What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) 2+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
