Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Pulaski County, Missouri. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
