The role involves trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems; read fault codes and clear them after the repair; carry out oil and filter changes; replace clutch plates and gearbox components; carry out suspension and steering repairs; replace brake pads, discs and callipers. You should have: • Own set of hand tools • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
