Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift technician in Reading, England. On a typical shift you will replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; run load and overload tests with test weights; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches. You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
