What we are looking for: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts Day to day you will mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even.
