Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Steele County, North Dakota. Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Rotating shifts.
