Vacancy available: CNC mill setter-operator (South Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Allendale County, South Carolina. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls On a typical shift you will read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
