Now hiring: protective coatings painter (Bayelsa State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Kolokuma/Opokuma, Bayelsa State. The job is at a busy decorating firm. On a typical shift you will cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller. You should have: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
