Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Pleasants County, West Virginia. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
